OVERCOMING DIFFICULTY and FAILURE

PRAY THESE VERSES AND OVERCOME...

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."
Romans 8:28

"For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:38-39

"For this reason I also suffer these things, but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day."
2 Timothy 1:12-13

"When you are cast down, you will speak with confidence, And the humble person He will save."
Job 22:29

"It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man."
Psalm 118:8

"So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by letter from us. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word."
2 Thessalonians 2:15-17

"But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you are doing and will continue to do what we command. May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ."
2 Thessalonians 3:3-5

"Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble. Say to those with anxious heart, 'Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The recompense of God will come, But He will save you.' Then the eyes of the blind will be opened And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. Then the lame will leap like deer, and the tongue of the mute will shout for joy. For waters will break forth in the wilderness and streams in the Arabah."
Isaiah 35:3-6

"Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10

"I cry aloud with my voice to the Lord; I make supplication with my voice to the Lord. I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare my trouble before Him. When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, You knew my path. In the way where I walk They have hidden a trap for me. Look to the right and see; For there is no one who regards me; There is no escape for me; no one cares for my soul. I cried out to You, O Lord; I said, "You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living. Give heed to my cry, For I am brought very low; Deliver me from my persecutors, For they are too strong for me. Bring my soul out of prison, so that I may give thanks to Your name; The righteous will surround me, For You will deal bountifully with me."
Psalm 142:1-7

"Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is life indeed."
1 Timothy 6:17-19

"This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them. O taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! O fear the Lord, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want. The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing."
Psalm 34:6-10

"But if God so clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you? You men of little faith! And do not seek what you will eat and what you will drink, and do not keep worrying. For all these things the nations of the world eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek His kingdom, and these things will be added to you."
Luke 12:28-31

Dear Lord, Thank You for this day. Thank You for my being able to see, to hear, to speak, to move about this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving and understanding God. Your mercies are new every morning. You have done so much for me. I have witnessed Your hand of blessing, Your miraculous power in my life and the lives of those I love, and You just keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. I ask now for Your forgiveness.

Please keep me, my family, my sisters in Christ that pray here and my church family safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a positive and Christ-focused attitude and plenty of gratitude. Please clear my mind of distractions so that I can hear from You and please direct my steps today. Thank You so much, in Jesus' name...

(I must run but I continue to lift up my sisters and brothers in Christ as I pray throughout this day for them. For my dear sister Denise and her eye appt... but more clearly her eyes and these blackouts, she is in Your Almighty hands and we trust You to bring healing, stop pain and heal her in Jesus name... the same for Alice with her own ears and Cathy with the healing she needs after her ER visit, let her recuperate rather than be further stressed out... for the loved ones of these dear sisters, in surgery this day and continue to heal them... in Jesus Name we ask all of these by Your grace...

Thank You for the answered prayers here. I continue to come before You on behalf of the prayer petitioners and my dear sisters in Christ: Denise, Alice, Cathy, Karen, Joyful ... and others... and our loved ones. You hear us, O Lord even in the unspoken or unwritten. Be with my sisters as they go to their dr. appts. and as You take control and help them in all their health needs and their precious loved ones. We give You glory, before we see the answers because we believe that You hold us in Your precious, almighty hands and there is not anything too difficult for You. We give You praise!
Praise Your Holy Name! Praise Your precious blood that covers us, washing us and cleansing us with Your new mercies every day... great is Your grace and love for us... You are here to help us in every difficulty and You do not see us as failures but You do see our many failures. Because of Your great love, You look beyond these to our need for a Savior. So we rest and trust in You! Thank You!

PRAYER for Our Nation

This was shared in an email from the Presidential Prayer Team:

Declaration of Independence Signer

Samuel Chase
George Washington (1732-1799), 1st President of the United States

"Almighty God: We make our earnest prayer that Thou wilt keep the United States in Thy Holy protection; and Thou wilt incline the hearts of the Citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government; and to entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another and for their fellow Citizens of the United States at large, and particularly for their brethren who have served in the Field. And finally that Thou wilt most graciously be pleased to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that Charity, humility, and pacific temper of mind which were the Characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed Religion, and without a humble imitation of whose example in these things we can never hope to be a happy nation. Grant our supplication we beseech Thee, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen." --

This prayer of George Washington appears in St. Paul's Chapel in New York City.
