GLOBAL HARVEST
I feel it's my responsibility, as one of the administrators of the Lighthouse of Prayer, along with a wonderful volunteer prayer team of Alice, Cathy, Denise, Joyful (maybe even you) (hopefully) to try and keep us all posted about Prayer events happening around the world, or as I often share, such as from the PPT (Presidential Prayer Team) Prayer Watch and other effective prayerful sites or organizations of worldwide concerns. I received this from one.

It's Time to Pray
PRAYER for Our Nation
This was shared in an email from the Presidential Prayer Team:

"Almighty God: We make our earnest prayer that Thou wilt keep the United States in Thy Holy protection; and Thou wilt incline the hearts of the Citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government; and to entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another and for their fellow Citizens of the United States at large, and particularly for their brethren who have served in the Field. DAY 1
INTIMATE FELLOWSHIP WITH JESUS
Prayer for Abandoned Devotion
- Ask for the Lord to reveal the greater intimacy that He desires through the abiding lifestyle. Pray for a greater hunger to well up within to go after the Lord and patiently wait in His presence. Ask God to reveal creative ways to practice His presence and listen for what He is saying.
Prayer against Barriers to Mission Involvement
- Ask God to forgive our generation for not making time for Him. Pray for God’s help to deliberately carve out time in our daily schedule to encounter the Lord.
- Ask the Lord to make this a generation willing to sacrifice other things to make room for the most important thing – HIM!
Prayer for emerging Mission Movement: asking God for 100,000 new message bearers
- Pray for the new breed of message bearers to grow in their first love. Ask the Lord to give a greater desire for the ways of the Lord, to walk closely and intimately, day by day. – Pray for the Lord to pour out an intense desire upon this generation to give up all else in order to pursue their first love, Jesus Christ.
Prayer for Global Harvest
- Ask for signs and wonders that testify of Jesus to be poured out among the people group. – Ask for the display of the awesome power of Almighty God to draw many in this people group to salvation. Ask the Spirit to drive away doubts and fully display that the Lord of Hosts is greater than the enemy just as Elijah did with the prophets of Baal.

I will try and give the main heading). Thank you if you feel lead in any of these to pray or just pray the Scripture given or whichever you are led to pray as suggested.
HUMILITY
Philippians 2:8
Prayer for Abandoned Devotion
- Ask the Lord to deepen the understanding of true humility at a heart level. Ask God to give this likemindedness with Jesus, who humbled Himself to the lowest place so that at the proper time God could exalt Him. Pray for a desire to well up for this humility.
Prayer against Barriers to Missions Involvement
-Ask God to reveal to our generation places where pride has crept into our hearts. Pray for eyes of understanding to see with His eyes of humility. Repent before the Lord for this generation and ask Him to create clean hearts, full of humility.
Prayer for emerging Mission Movement: Asking God for 100,000 new message bearers
- Ask the Lord for 100,000 new Message Bearers who would not seek position, reputation or recognition, but only the Lord’s glory and His kingdom established here on Earth. – Ask for God to stir the hearts of this generation to radical humility, willingly serving all people groups as the hands and feet of Jesus’ ambassadors here on Earth.
Prayer for Global Harvest
- Pray for those seeking to humbly receive Truth in the face of nationalism, secularism, and religious ideologies. Ask God to make room in their hearts to ask questions and see the emptiness of these other things that fail to satisfy their true desire for relationship with the God of the universe.

Father, I ask for a deeper understanding of true humility for me and for each of us. May we humble our hearts before You as we ask, seek and knock with the needs of a global harvest, a harvest in our homes among our loved ones, in our communities, in our churches. Give us the like mindedness of Christ. Thank You Jesus for humbling Yourself to seek and save the lost. You lowered Yourself to the lowest place so that Our Father would one day exalt You. We exalt You O Lord. Be exalted in our lives. We desire for this spirit of humility to well up across the nations as we cry out for Your love and mercy over Your people. We humble ourselves for the sins of our nation and other nations in the world. We repent of putting other "idols" before You. You are the Most High and worthy to be highly exalted. We seek Your face and Your grace over our nation. Bring souls into Your harvest in Jesus Name
Lord, We come to You and ask for a more intimate relationship with Jesus, especially for the many who are searching for an answer, for You. Jesus, You are the answer, open the eyes to see and the ears to hear,prepare and soften hearts and lives to be changed mightily in Jesus Name. Reveal to us a greater intimacy through an abiding lifestyle with You. Forgive us for not making time for You alone. May a greater hunger and thirst rise up within believers and those that do not yet believe so that they may be led to You as their Lord and Savior. Hallelujah! You are Lord! and greatly to be praised and exalted! Thank You so much!
Thank You for saving us! Open the eyes of our hearts Lord, we want to see You!
