Bible Promises Spoken (114 videos) uploaded by hearingGod. This one #99 is over FINANCES
Finances matter. And it matters to God.
There are other scripture verses that may apply and help as well:
MONEY #51
God's Provision #16
Security #59
Accountability #2
Business #7
and maybe even TRUST (53), WISDOM or WORRY (25). You may find others that speak more closely to your own need. We pray for the FAVOR of GOD (#108) over you and yours. "Bible Promises Spoken - PROSPERITY" will give you a list at YouTube to many more, but I did not see one listed entitled "prosperity".
TURN TO YOU is loaded with encouraging verses and a great song sung by Melanie C.
"There IS security and promise amidst it all..(what is happening all around us). for those whom hope in Jesus... for all those turn from this world and it's ways and Turn to Him. "
Now turn these verses into your own prayer and praise God and thank Him for hearing and supplying your need even when you may not yet see it.
We are standing with you as you claim and pray for your finances.

PRAYER for Our Nation
This was shared in an email from the Presidential Prayer Team:
Declaration of Independence Signer
George Washington (1732-1799), 1st President of the United States
"Almighty God: We make our earnest prayer that Thou wilt keep the United States in Thy Holy protection; and Thou wilt incline the hearts of the Citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government; and to entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another and for their fellow Citizens of the United States at large, and particularly for their brethren who have served in the Field. And finally that Thou wilt most graciously be pleased to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that Charity, humility, and pacific temper of mind which were the Characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed Religion, and without a humble imitation of whose example in these things we can never hope to be a happy nation. Grant our supplication we beseech Thee, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen." --
This prayer of George Washington appears in St. Paul's Chapel in New York City.

For Wisdom in Daily Financial Decisions*
Father, I know that it is Your will that I prosper financially even as my soul prospers. In the name of Jesus, I bind my mind to the mind of Christ, my financial decisions to the will of God, and my emotions to the control of the Holy Spirit. I resist the temptation to be slothful in business, and I purpose to be prompt about fulfilling my responsibilities with fervency of spirit, serving You. I pray that my integrity and uprightness will protect me, because my hope is in You.
It is my desire to go out into the world uncorrupted, a breath of fresh air in this squalid and polluted society, and to provide people with a glimpse of good living and of the living God. That’s why I pay my taxes, my bills, and respect my leaders. I resist the temptation to run up debts; except for the huge debt of love I owe others.
It is my ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind my own business, and to work with my own hands. I will study to show myself approved in finances and will attend diligently to my financial responsibilities. Jesus is made unto me wisdom, and I thank You, Father, for getting godly information—books, tapes, teaching seminars—to me so that I can make wise financial decisions. The slothful person craves and gets nothing, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied. In the name of Jesus I will be a living witness and a good steward of all that You have given me. Amen.
* To acquire wisdom in daily financial decisions, I recommend reading the book of Proverbs. There are many Bible-based books to help you learn God’s principles of tithing, giving, saving, and budgeting.

Handling Household Finances (Part 1)
Introduction
The following prayers may be prayed individually or as a couple. In preparation for marriage it is great wisdom for the couple to discuss finances. Each party comes with an individual view of how to handle money — spending and/or saving. It is wise to set up a budget that is agreeable to both.
There is a danger in the tendency to assume that the other party has the same opinions and ideas about money or, in case of disagreement, that one’s own way is right and the other person’s is wrong. Financial differences is one of Satan’s greatest weapons for introducing strife and bringing pressure to bear on a marriage. Spending money can quickly evolve into an emotional experience, causing many other problems.
God is El-Shaddai, God Almighty (Ex. 6:3 amp) — the God Who is more than enough — and His intention is that His children enjoy good health and that all may go well with them, even as their souls are getting along well. (3 John 2 niv.) Two people coming into agreement with God’s financial plan will offset the enemy’s schemes to divide and conquer.
If you and your beloved are planning to marry or to establish a financial plan in your existing marriage, listen to one another. Understand what each other is saying. Realize that there are differences in viewpoints about money and allow for those differences. Determine who is more astute in financial matters: balancing the checkbook, paying the bills on time and making wise investments. Set aside time in your schedules to keep each other informed, review goals and make plans. Wisdom from above is willing to yield to reason; cooperate one with the other. (James 3:17 amp.)
Part 2
Prayer
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus. Thank You for the Holy Spirit Who is present with us as we discuss our financial future together. We thank You for bringing us to this place in our lives. You have started a good work in us and will perform it until the day of Christ. We welcome You as we prepare to set up a budget that is pleasing to You and to each of us.
Jesus is our Lord and our High Priest, and we purpose to bring Him the firstfruits of our income and worship You, the Lord our God, with them.
Father, You are Lord over our marriage — over this union that we believe has been ordained by You. We confess Your Word over our life together and our finances. As we do so, we say that Your Word will not return to You void, but will accomplish what it says it will do.
Therefore, we believe in the name of Jesus that all our needs are met, according to Your riches in glory. We acknowledge You as Lord over our finances by giving tithes and offerings to further Your cause.
Father, on the authority of Your Word we declare that gifts will be given to us; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall they be poured into our bosom. For with the same measure we deal out, it shall be measured back to us.
We remember that it is written in Your Word that he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings.
Lord, remind us always, and we purpose to remember, that it is You Who give us power to become rich, and You do it to fulfill Your promise to our ancestors. We will never feel that it was our own power and might that made us wealthy.
Father, not only do we give tithes and offerings to You, but we also give to those around us who are in need. Your Word also says that he who gives to the poor lends to You and You pay wonderful interest on the loan! We acknowledge You as we give for the benefit of the poor.
Thank You, Father, that as You bless us and we bless others, they will praise You and give You thanks and bless others and the circle of Your love and blessing will go on and on into eternity.
In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Dear God, I ask You to please give me the grace to be a faithful follower during times of prosperity as well as lean and trying times. I pray that I will be consistent "in season and out of season." I pray also for my family, that my whole household would serve You with gladness. Where there is doubt, give reassurance. Where there is sorrow, give joy. Where there is an ounce of faith, give an abundance of hope. I thank You and praise You in Jesus’ name, amen.
