ADORATION PRAYERS and PRAISE

Let us take time at this place to 


ABIDE and ADORE Our Lord


Let us speak Words of love and adoration to Him!

A prayer of ADORATION comes from the heart, expressing our love, awe, respect or reverence to God. It actually means to put one's hands up to their mouth to give a kiss to the one they are worshiping. For SCRIPTURES and more on PRAISE return to our previous posts HERE and here.

There is and will be another post for leaving your prayer petitions (requests or needs of others) so that we may intercede together with you. 


This one is for PRAISE and ADORATION Prayers only please! I can't think of any better way to start our week with Our Lord and King than praising Him, exalting Him, and adoring Him!

Good morning GOD...PRAISE YOU FOR A NEW DAY!!!

O LORD, You are my God;
I will exalt You and praise Your name, for in perfect faithfulness
You have done marvelous things,
things planned long ago.

I will go into this day, this week
praising and exalting You!

You are GOOD!

Inspite of all I see around me and the endless needs and prayer petitions, I will worship and adore You with all of me and press on in prayer.

Praise You for my warrior sister Denise, who is so faithful to lift so many in prayer... thank You for her. Meet her this day and her prayer needs, every one that she writes and says to You! Thank You!

I exalt You for You are so worthy to be praised!!!

This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad!

May I honor You first with my praise and adoration!

For this reason I kneel before You Father, from whom we Your whole family in heaven and on earth derives our name. I pray that out of Your glorious riches You may strengthen us with power through Your Spirit in our inner being,so that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith.

And I pray that we, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that WE may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!"

Thank You precious Father for this new day, and all of Your mercies that surround me. I love You beyond measure.

God, our Father, who is all-power and goodness, please provide strength to he who is experiencing pain and anguish.

Give Light to he who seeks the truth, and fill the human heart with love and compassion.

God, please give the traveler the star that guides, solace to those in pain, and rest to the sick and weary.

Father! Give the guilty repentance, the spirit the truth, give the child guidance, the orphan a father.

Lord! Let Your goodness encompass everything that You have created.
Clemency, my God, to he who does not know You. Hope to he who is in pain.

Let Your Will allow the consoling spirits to spread peace, hope and faith everywhere.

God! May a single ray of light, a spark of Your divine love blaze the Earth.

Let us drink from the fountain of that infinite and fruitful goodness and all tears will be dried and all pain lessened.

A single heart, a single thought will rise to You, like a cry of gratitude and love.

Like Moses on the mountain, we await You with open arms,
Oh Almighty! Oh Greatness!

All Powerful, All Beauty! All perfection!

And we wish in some way to receive Your mercy.

God, give us the power to help progress that we may rise up to You;

Give us pure charity, give us faith and reason, give us simplicity that will make our souls the mirror in which Your image should reflect.

And finally that Thou wilt most graciously be pleased to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that Charity, humility, and pacific temper of mind which were the Characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed Religion, and without a humble imitation of whose example in these things we can never hope to be a happy nation.
